I watched the first Spice Girls video yesterday and her legs were twice the size of that and actually looked healthy

It is clear Victoria Beckham has severe self esteem issues and self image problems.
As helsalata pointed out- at the beginning of Victoria's career she appeared to be a far healthier version of what we can see of the lady in focus today.
One can assume that the image obsessed, image judgemental world she has become so immersed in has leeched out her insecurities and they have become prominenet in her appearance more now than ever before. Comments such as those in the Sun do not help Victoria deal with her self image issues; by labelling her legs as fantastic is effectively praising self abuse.
I pray for her as she is one of millions of people who suffer from such negative self image they are wiling to do long term damage to fit a mental "ideal" of themselves.
It sadens me everytime I see a picture of her; and one thing which I always wonder when I see pictures of her is:- 'I don't understand why none of her closest and dearest have not persuaded her to seek professional help...'.
